This chair is very old and could very well be a true Thonet, but because there is no Thonet paper tag or mark left on the chair, we are reluctant to say for certain. Due to it’s age, it’s very possible.
Perfect as a reading chair, nursery rocker, or accent piece, this chair embodies the charm of European café-style furniture with a touch of mid-century appeal. All cane is intact and in beautiful shape. The chair has wear consistent with its age.
